Sue is a Policy Associate focusing on plastic bag legislation and plastic pollution issues at CAW.

Her background includes an M.S. in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis. Sue was most recently an environmental policy fellow at the National Science Foundation. She has also worked in the fields of behavioral change, waste reduction outreach, environmental evaluation, and environmental consulting.

Sue enjoys traveling, cooking, and crafting in her free time.
