April 22 is Earth Day!

This Wednesday marks the 39th anniversary of Earth Day around the globe. It’s a perfect time to reinvigorate our connection to the environment amidst all the dire economic news that may have distracted us from making sound, sustainable choices in consumption habits and practices. CAW continues to work to make these choices easier for California residents and consumers through the development and promotion of waste reduction and recycling policies and programs.

Please consider an online contribution to support our work. Whether it is expanding the hugely successful Bottle & Can Recycling law to include more container types, or setting a higher goal for municipal solid waste diversion, good environmental policy is good economic policy.
