The Davis Food Co-op website provides information on bags via the paper, "The Hidden Costs of Grocery Bags". After reading the paper and talking to some co-op folks, we learned that many co-ops had wise bagging policies integrated into all-around wise environmental practices. We were impressed. We thought you might be too.
