Several of CAW's plastic litter bills need a push to get out of appropriations committees:

• AB 2505 (Brownley) - Would phase out the use of PVC resin in consumer packaging; on suspense; in suspense, will be lifted Wednesday.
• AB 2058 (Levine) - Requires high diversion rates for single-use bags, or requires a bagging fee; in suspense, will be lifted Wednesday.
• SB 1625 (Corbett) - Expanse the Bottle Bill to include all plastic bottles; failed a Senate Appropriations vote last week, will be reconsidered this Thursday.
