Can you tell me about recycling steri pack containers? I think that is the term.  No refrigeration needed.  I buy soy milk in them, but am concerned about them.  How do they compare to milk cartons - wax coated? I think?

 I'm also concerned that my yogurt comes in #5 containers.  Why is that when so many things come in 1 and 2?  Is there another option?  I have to buy a brand with out gelatin.
