Feb 14 - Hearing on SF Yellow Pages Legislation Today
Today the Small Business Commission will hear SF Supervisor David Chiu's Yellow Pages Legislation.
What: The ordinance would establish a 3-year pilot program prohibiting Yellow Pages from being dumped or left in doorways of residents or businesses without permission. Before leaving Yellow Pages in a doorway for a resident who is not at home, a distributor must confirm that delivery is desired.

Supporters are invited to speak:
• We expect that the item will be heard early in the meeting - and may be moved to the first item
• Speakers should arrive and fill out and turn in speaker cards on...yellow pages, currently billed as item #5
• Each speaker will have at least a minute to speak on the legislation.
