Daughter saved up 100 cans and 100 plastic bottles.  Excitedly walked into Vons located at 1745 Eastlake Pkwy at 7:45 pm on 10/14 to redeem recyclables.  Figured its a good time to recycle, have done so on numerous occasions after 7pm.  This time a lazy VONS employee (the sort skinny lady) at the Self Service checkout, standing around doing nothing told us to come back during the hours of 10am-7pm.  NO SIGNS POSTED referencing these hours. Figured she just didn't want to deal with the recyclables.  Usually the routine is to drop off recyclables and do some grocery shopping.  Returned back to the car and left, no way were we going to lug our recyclables around while we shopped. Daughter was obviously disappointed.  Next time, we will go to Henry's on Eastlake Parkway instead.  Thanks for your listing, didn't know Henry's also took recyclables.
