CAW joined Assembly Members Chesbro and Williams, Sacramento Vice Mayor Jay Schenirer, and private sector leaders on the steps of the State Capitol to celebrate the landmark organic waste legislation being proposed in the legislature.
The event was organized by CleanWorld, an anaerobic digestion company based in Sacramento.
