Jan 24 - Menlo Park Adopts Latest Bag Ordinance

By the next Earth Day (April 22), all stores in Menlo Park (and throughout much of San Mateo County) will be rid of the plastic bag.

Tuesday evening, the Menlo Park City Council unanimously adopted a Reusable Bag Ordinance modeled after San Mateo County's ordinance. Paper and reusable bags are allowed for an initial ten cents each.
