Dec 3 - Bay Area Artist Makes Tiles from Recycled Toilets
A Bay Area artist has partnered with Zanker Road Landfill to recycle used toilets into tiles. The toilets were collected over the span of a year and were crushed onsite. The final product (seen here, courtesy of FireClay Tile) will be used in buildings around the world.
