April 28 - Bottle Bills Drive Recycling, Not Kiosks

Both Coca-Cola and Pepsi Co have announced ventures to place recycling kiosks in-store as part of their effort to increase beverage container recycling in the US. However, bottle bills, including California's successful bottle bill, are the only proven way to dramatically increase recycling.
