Feb 24 - Bottle Bill Lawsuit to be Heard in March

The hearing date for the lawsuit regarding loans from the Beverage Container Recycling Fund to the State's General Fund has been rescheduled for March 12. Recyclers and other groups have filed suit returning demand of the loans. CalRecycle has been forced to eliminate almost all Bottle Bill payments largely as a result of the loans.
