Dec 21 - World's Largest Plastic Bag Ball Assembled by LA County
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works has assembled the world's largest ball of plastic bags to highlight the nearly 6 billion plastic bags that are distributed annually in Los Angeles County.
LA County is currently completing an EIR on a proposed plastic bag ban ordinance.
