Sep 16 - Laguna Beach Moves Ahead with Plastic Bag Ban Process

Laguna Beach city council voted unanimously yesterday to move ahead with its process to ban plastic bags. The council will hear an ordinance to ban plastic bags as soon as an environmental review is completed.
