Sep 3 - Schwarzenegger Says He Supports a Plastic Bag Ban
Governor Schwarzenegger said in a statement that he supports a ban on plastic bags.
"The Governor supports a ban on plastic bags but does not support a fee associated with this ban. We are working with legislators and stakeholder groups on the best way to accomplish this."
