Jul 20 - Delaware Gov Upholds Bottle Bill
Delaware Governor Jack Markell has vetoed a bill that would have repealed the state's Bottle Bill. In his veto message the Governor said that he would like to strengthen the state's bottle recycling system instead of dismantling it.
