Jun 4 - PVC Ban Moves to Senate
AB 1329 (Brownley) passed off the Assembly floor yesterday with a 42-32 vote. The bill now moves to the Senate. AB 1329 would phase-out polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin packaging containers due to their contaminating affect on the recycling infrastructure.
