Environmental activist and water bottler Robert F. Kennedy Jr. urges the New York legislature to scrap its current bottle bill revision and draft a new, stronger bill in a column in today's New York Times.
Kennedy argues that the current bill is flawed because it exempts non-carbonated sugar drinks and does not support curbside recycling, unlike California's bottle bil.
