July 17 - PVC Bill in Senate Approps Suspense

AB 2505 has been placed on the Senate Appropriations suspense file.

The bill has recently been amended to phase out PVC packaging over several years, beginning with soft PVC in 2013 and ending with rigid PVC in 2015. The amendments resulted in the removal of the Retailers Assocation from the opposition.
