May 28 - Plastic Bag Reduction Bill Passed Out of Assembly

CAW-sponsored AB 2058 (Levine), which would institute the toughest-in-the-nation litter abatement law for plastic bags, passed out of the Assembly this afternoon with a 42-30 vote.
