Nov 8 - Target to Phase Out PVC Packaging

Target became the latest large corporation to announce it will be phasing out the use of PVC packaging, following revelations that, on top of containing dangerous phthalates and dioxins, the majority of PVC packaging tested in a government study contained illegally high levels of heavy metals.
