On Friday I participated in a LA Litter Forum in Long Beach aimed at developing regional strategies for combating litter and marine debris plaguing the Los Angeles River and other regional water bodies. The forum was hosted by Assemby Member Lloyd Levine and Long Beach City Council Member Suja Lowenthal.
