Mar 20 - Hearing Set for AB 2289: Reprocessors

CAW supported AB 2289 (Ruskin) has been scheduled to be heard in the Assembly Natural Resources Committee on Monday, March 27 at 1:30 pm. This measure will require plastic reprocessors to obtain a permit from the CIWMB that authorizes the person to engage in that activity. CAW is requesting supporters to fax letters to members of the Assembly Natural Resources Committee.
