Feb 18 - CA Bottle Bill Fix Proposed
The language in the ABX8 7 Bottle Bill fix is available online. We'll be preparing a summary later today, but this is basically our ‘Plan B’ proposal and we wanted to get it to you ASAP. This contains the funding expenditures recycling advocates have asked for (retroactive to January 1), without the expansion or CRV increase.
