May 24 - Bill to Expand Recycling Opportunities Passes Out of the Assembly

CAW sponsored AB 548 (Levine), which would require owners of multi-family dwellings to arrange for recycling services as appropriate for the dwelling by July 2008, passed out of the full Assembly today on a 43-27 vote.
