Using EPS in concrete

While we all want to ban nasty old EPS, there is a need to do something with all the stuff already out there. One good use for it is as a filler in concrete products. I, my self, could use a bunch of finely ground EPS. I made a test tile of portland cement, rice hull ash, and EPS for light-weight roofing. It is quite strong. It seems to me that a major problem with waste is it's redistibution. I have been looking on the web for ground EPS to purchase with out any success. If there was an information clearing house for waste product uses some one might be interested in providing needed services if they think that there is money in it,
