Jan 5 - Philip Morris Challenges SF Cigarette Litter Fee

Tobacco Company Philip Morris has filed a complaint challenging San Francisco's 20 cent per pack litter fee. Cigarettes are the largest source of litter pollution by count and San Francisco says it pays almost $11 million annually to clean up cigarette litter.
