Nov 4 - Santa Cruz County to Draft Plastic Bag Ban
The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted yesterday to direct staff to draft an ordinance banning plastic bags. The vote, proposed by Supervisor Mark Stone, sets an ordinance adoption goal of next April.
