Mar 20 - Watsonville to Vote on Polystyrene Ban
The Watsonville City Council will vote next Tuesday on an ordinance that would require the use of recyclable or compostable takeout food packaging. Most cities in Santa Cruz County have already adopted such an ordinance. Polystyrene takeout food packaging is a major component of marine debris pollution.
