May 28 - Toxic Packaging Phase Out Bill Moves to Senate
CAW-sponsored AB 2505 (Brownley) passed out of the Assembly tonight and now heads to the Senate. The bill will phase out the use of nonrecyclable, hazardous PVC resin for packaging classes where there are known, cost-comparable alternatives in abundance.
