Sept 4 - Multi-Family Recycling Bill Heads to Governor's Desk

AB 548 by Assemblymember Lloyd Levine (D-Van Nuys) passed the Assembly floor today on concurrence of Senate amendments with a vote of 50-26. The bill, which would require managers of multi-family dwellings to provide for appropriate recycling services for their buildings, now heads to the Governor's desk for his signature.
