Dec 28 - Calif. Compost Group Officially Becomes a State Chapter

According to Waste and Recycling News, the US Composting Council's board of directors has voted to make the Association of Compost Producers an official state chapter for California. The U.S. Composting Council is a national, non-profit trade and professional organization promoting the recycling of organic materials through composting.
