Sept 26 - Sacramento Businesses Will Need to Start Recycling or Face Fines

Ed Fletcher of the Sacramento Bee reports.

"We are finding that people are very enthusiastic about it, especially the larger businesses," Green said.

The program has the support of environmental groups and the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
